Where There is dishonesty, Iblis is There

The act of dishonesty, which in its core means deceitfulness or the misrepresentation of truth, is nothing less than a demonic practice advanced by the ones who choose to give glory to the enemy. Directly or indirectly, the practice of deception and concealing information or data is often based on lies and the father or lies is no other than Satan himself.

The Bible teaches us that those who choose to pursue devilish behaviors belong to the, “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44.

Stay away from me Apollyon! I have the Lord and He is my refuge, the one who helps me in times of trouble who gives me much strength in this life “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1. I fear nothing, not the dark evening night or the challenges we find during the day.

My work and labor is honest wage. Dishonesty isn’t found in my vocabulary because I belong to the most high who calls me to be upright and not sin, especially against others. We are to love our neighbor as we love ourselves, as the law of the Hebrews once stated. Who is the father of dishonesty? We know it…

“There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.” Proverbs 6:16-19.

In the letter to the Colossians we read, “Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.” Colossians 3:9-10.

“Unequal weights are an abomination to the Lord, and false scales are not good.” Proverbs 20:23. Say no to dishonesty! Resist the devil and live a honoring life to the Lord, doing what is fair using true scares.

“Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:17-21.

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:8-9.

Resist what is wrong. Celebrate what is right. Erase dishonesty or any dishonest thought from your mind as honor to Jesus and His teachings. Remember: “A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends.” Proverbs 16:28. “Abstain from every form of evil.” 1 Thessalonians 5:22.

Stay firm in the faith brethren and never cease to love the Lord. He is worth our everything and because of Him and Him alone we live. Listen careful to the former piece of scripture shared by apostle John

“Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. Which one of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.” John 8:43-47.

Glory is to only be given to God, in the highest. Say no to dishonesty. It is a destructive, devilish behavior of those who take pride in the selfish act of deception. God have pity on them for their stubbornness and self centered tendencies are more painful than a broken bone and more debilitating than a deadly virus.

It is demonic, all the way.

  1. Amen! Here is the truth: “Say no to dishonesty. It is a destructive, devilish behavior of those who take pride in the selfish act of deception. God have pity on them for their stubbornness and self centered tendencies are more painful than a broken bone and more debilitating than a deadly virus.”

We must stand up against evil.

    Blessings from mighty King Jesus.
