“‘The mountains may shift, and the hills may be shaken, but my faithful love won’t shift from you, and my covenant of peace won’t be shaken,’ says the Lord, the one who pities you.” — Isaiah 54:10
How comforting! How about this one below?
“Therefore I say unto you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than the food, and the body than the raiment? Behold the birds of the heaven, that they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not ye of much more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit unto the measure of his life? And why are ye anxious concerning raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clotheyou, O ye of little faith?” Matthew 6:25-30.
God has our back. He won’t let us hanging in there in times of turmoil despite the fact that many may believe otherwise. If scripture is a sign of what God intends to do, which it is, then we are in good shape folks.
The Lord is doing something in my life that I can’t even describe. And it came out of nowhere! This past week to be exact. I have been faithful and it is paying off. God loves obedience. His love for us is indescribable.
Be close to God and speak the truth of His gospel. God is faithful! He will take care of you with His grace. Glory always to be given to God.
