Today is graduation day. I want to share something with you graduates… in life, most people are overextended and underutilized. Because of that, Employees end up doing the mundane and settling for the ordinary.
Dare to be different, as Quinn would say… “be fully engaged and continually renewed” this is how I live my life. Life is too short to limit yourself to normality. Remember: Innovation is exciting.
