No matter how wealthy or poor a person may be, God’s scripture is beneficial to us all. The following bible scriptures represent some of the great lessons that we learn by reading the holy Bible.
Hebrews 13:16 says, “Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.”
Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
Matthew 23:11-12 says, “The greatest among you shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
Galatians 5:16 says, “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh
Philippians 2:3 says, “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
And so many other lessons… Being with God is a gift. Everything is His. His words live and are given to us as instruction and a reminder of the great love He has for us.
God is power. His words are sweeter than honey. Consider spending some time reading and reflecting on His word. The mystery of the gospel is available at your fingertips.
