As a college professor teaching classes in photojournalism, integrated marketing communications, and several other areas in higher education, I can attest to you that training students to do the minimum won’t help them to be placed anywhere. What you are seeing above is a photo capture taken in South Florida with a “dutch” touch (Van Gogh like style post production editing) as a means to show my students in the Fall that capturing great photos with good lighting and composition is important but sometimes going to a completely new level is necessary. Students and professors must push themselves to a higher level for the benefit of the system. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do. If you are a professor?
